At PalengkeKo, we make sure your fresh market goods are delivered on time and in the best condition. Here’s how our delivery process works:

📝 1. Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message from our Customer Service team via SMS, Messenger, or Email.

  • This message will include your order summary, total amount, and delivery schedule.

  • Please double-check your delivery address and contact details to avoid delays.


📦 2. Processing Your Order

  • Our team carefully picks, sorts, and packs your items for freshness and accuracy.

  • If an item is unavailable or requires substitution, we will notify you before delivery.

  • Deliveries are made [insert delivery hours, e.g., 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM] within our serviceable areas.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the next delivery day.

  • Delivery fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team.


📲 4. Delivery Updates

  • You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

  • Our rider will contact you upon arrival at your location.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.

  • Upon delivery, check your items carefully.

  • For quality concerns, please record an unboxing video for reference in case of refund or replacement requests.

  • Once received and accepted, items are considered final and non-returnable (see Refund Policy).


💡 Important Reminders

  • Ensure your contact number is active so our riders can reach you.

  • If you are not available at the delivery address, kindly coordinate with our admin team for rescheduling (additional delivery fees may apply).

  • Freshness is guaranteed only if orders are received on the agreed schedule.

1. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within  All Metro Manila areas,  and Nearby Cavite. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll confirm if your location is covered.

2. What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are scheduled between [insert time, e.g., 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM]. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be delivered the next day.

3. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation message from our Customer Service team with your order summary, payment details, and delivery schedule.

4. Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes! You may request a preferred delivery time, and our team will do our best to accommodate it, subject to rider availability.

5. Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery fees may apply depending on your location and order total. The fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed in your order message.

6. What happens if I am not home to receive my order?

If you are unavailable during delivery, our rider will attempt to contact you. Unreceived orders may be rescheduled with an additional delivery fee.

7. How do I ensure product freshness upon delivery?

All items are carefully picked, packed, and transported to keep them fresh. We recommend that you:

  • Receive your order at the agreed time.

  • Store perishable items immediately after delivery.

8. What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item:

  • Report it to us within 24 hours.

  • Provide video proof of unboxing to support your claim.

  • Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy).

9. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service immediately for changes. This is subject for assessment of your delivery fee and availability of rider.

10. Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

We deliver on Monday–Sunday. Holiday schedules may vary, and updates will be posted on our Facebook page and website.
