PalengkeKo is an online platform that allows customers to purchase fresh produce, meats, seafood, grocery items, and other market goods.
By accessing and using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. Prices and product availability may change daily without prior notice, as fresh market goods vary.
We do our best to fulfill every order as placed. However, substitutions may occur if an item is unavailable. Customers will be notified whenever possible.
Orders placed after cut-off times may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed on the website are accurate at the time of order. However, due to market fluctuations, some prices (especially for fresh goods) may vary slightly.
Accepted payment methods include:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
GCash and other e-wallets
Bank Transfer (if available)
Other online payment methods as indicated at checkout
Full payment (or COD confirmation) must be completed for orders to be processed.
4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made within the serviceable areas listed on our website.
Delivery schedules may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time.
If a customer is unavailable or unresponsive during delivery, the order may be rescheduled with an additional delivery fee.
5. Freshness & Quality Guarantee
All products are handpicked and prepared with care to maintain quality and freshness.
Since we sell perishable goods, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If there are issues with freshness or product quality, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details (e.g., photo evidence).
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items are delivered and accepted by the customer.
Refunds or replacements may be issued for items proven to be spoiled, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
PalengkeKo reserves the right to evaluate refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate delivery information (name, address, contact number).
Ensure timely coordination with our admin team for special requests or delivery concerns.
Respect delivery schedules and be available to receive the order.
8. Limitation of Liability
PalengkeKo is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, supplier shortages, or acts of nature.
We are not responsible for product spoilage due to customer unavailability or delayed acceptance of delivery.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Customer data (name, address, contact details) will only be used for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
